21 of us had a luncheon in this restaurant in February of 2006. We were seated in a private area off the main dining area which was very nice. However, the service was nasty. Apparently many of the wait staff called in ill that day and we were told about it at least 5 times. The `Manager` was not the least bit apologetic and acted like we were bothering her. She even entered the room and one point and announced, `what is it that your want?` FOOD maybe? We had one waitress that did her best to accommodate all of us but this manager kept reprimanding her in front of us. It took at least 45 minutes for our order to be taken and another hour for our lunch to arrive. That is unacceptable. A restaurant that is supposed to be this upscale should have extra wait staff in reserve. We have been there several times and will not go there again. Also, the food wasn't as good as everyone raves about. It was cold and the presentation was terrible.
